After completing your registration form, please print out, sign and either mail or bring in to the Recreation Office at Town Hall. Completing the form on-line does NOT register you in a program. YOU WILL NOT BE registered until we receive your application and payment in the Recreation Office.
PARTICIPANT MUST BE THE STATED AGE BY THE START OF THE PROGRAM. PROOF OF AGE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CHILDREN'S PROGRAMS. PROOF OF AGE ONLY NEEDS TO BE PROVIDED ONCE.
PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BY CASH OR CHECK ONLY.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS.

There will be a $10 fee applied to all programs for non-residents.
All refund requests must be made at least 5 business days prior to the start of any program. There will be a $10 processing fee on all refunds.
Please do not fax your application. Payment must be received before we can register you in any program.
