FREE 60 DAY TRIAL PERIOD
This offer is available to any Recreation & Parks Director. It'll allow the director the use
of both the MyRecDept.com Website Building program and the MyRecDept.com Administrative Management
System. The director can even make the site available to the public before the end of the 60 day trial
period. Billing will be retroactive to the start of the trial period.

To get you started we'll help organize both your site & management system with up to 10 hours of FREE data entry & assistance.
PAYMENT PLANS FOR WEBSITE ONLY
- One $995.00 payment due on the first day of the first month of the annual agreement,
- Two $500.00 payments ($1,000.00 total) due on the first day of the first and sixth month of the annual agreement
- Three $345.00 payments ($1,035.00 total) due on the first day of the first, fourth and eighth month of the annual agreement,
- Four $265.00 payments ($1,060.00 total) due on the first day of the first, third, sixth and ninth month of the annual agreement.
- Monthly payments of $90.00 ($1,080.00 total) due on the first day of each month of the annual agreement
PAYMENT PLANS FOR BOTH THE WEBSITE & ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
- One $1990.00 payment due on the first day of the first month of the annual agreement,
- Two $1,000.00 payments ($2,000.00 total) due on the first day of the first and sixth month of the annual agreement
- Three $690.00 payments ($2,070.00 total) due on the first day of the first, fourth and eighth month of the annual agreement,
- Four $530.00 payments ($2,104.00 total) due on the first day of the first, third, sixth and ninth month of the annual agreement.
- Monthly payments of $180.00 ($2,160.00 total) due on the first day of each month of the annual agreement.
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM additional functions
- On Line Registration: One $500.00 payment due on the first day of the first month of the annual agreement
- Membership: One $395.00 payment due on the first day of the first month of the annual agreement. Note: the membership function may require additional software and/or hardware costs.
DIRECT PAYMENT(S) TO FINACILAL INSTITUTIONS FOR ON LINE REGISTRATION CAPABILITIES
You will need both a Merchant Account (the ability to accept credit cards)
and an Online Payment Gateway service. Sample charges are listed below
Merchant Account:
- Estimated one time fee of 150.00 set up to establish a Merchant account with a
bank or lending facility
- Monthly Fee of approx. 25.00 per month and 1.75-2.25 per transaction.
Online Payment Gateway Service
- A one time setup fee of $300.00 for Right Connection to establish an Online
payment gateway/transaction center.
- A 25.00 per month fee and a 25 cent per transaction fee are your reoccurring
charges
Both of the services listed above are required to accept credit cards over the
Internet. Your combined Monthly fees will be approximately 50.00 per month and 1.75%
plus .25 cents per transaction.
