change from time to time so please check them periodically as
a condition to your continued use of the site.
FREE TRIAL PERIOD
The free trial period for the use of this site is 60 days. During this time the
Site Administrator may use all aspects of this site. The site does not become
available for public view until myrecdept.com activates the site following
contact by email or phone with the Site Administrator. The payment anniversary
will be the start date of the free trial period.
FEES
After the free 60 days trial period the Site Administrator must make the first
years payment of $995.00 (or the agreed upon payment plan). All payment plans
include up to 10 hours of FREE data entry to assist with getting the site started.
The Site Administrator will be given an additional 30 days before the account
becomes delinquent and is subject to termination. The Site Administrator will be
billed annually (or the agreed upon payment plan) for the use of the MyRecDept.com
program.
PAYMENT PLANS FOR WEBSITE BUILDING PROGRAM ONLY
- One $995.00 payment due on the first day of the first month of the annual agreement,
- Two $500.00 payments ($1,000.00 total) due on the first day of the first and sixth month of the annual agreement
- Three $345.00 payments ($1,035.00 total) due on the first day of the first, fourth and eighth month of the annual agreement,
- Four $265.00 payments ($1,060.00 total) due on the first day of the first, third, sixth and ninth month of the annual agreement.
- Monthly payments of $90.00 ($1,080.00 total) due on the first day of each month. of the annual agreement.
PAYMENT PLANS FOR BOTH THE WEBSITE & ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
- One $1990.00 payment due on the first day of the first month of the annual agreement,
- Two $1,000.00 payments ($2,000.00 total) due on the first day of the first and sixth month of the annual agreement
- Three $690.00 payments ($2,070.00 total) due on the first day of the first, fourth and eighth month of the annual agreement,
- Four $530.00 payments ($2,104.00 total) due on the first day of the first, third, sixth and ninth month of the annual agreement.
- Monthly payments of $180.00 ($2,160.00 total) due on the first day of each month of the annual agreement.
PAYMENT PLANS FOR ON LINE REGISTRATION (must have both the website and management system programs)
- One $500.00 payment due on the first day of the first month of the annual agreement,
- Two $275.00 payments ($550.00 total) due on the first day of the first and sixth month of the annual agreement
DOMAIN NAME AGREEMENT
In some situations at the request of the recreation department, MyRecDept.com will purchase a domain name. The cost for this service is
$200.00. This service provides;
1. Registration of the domain name for three years
2. Domain name administration
3. Domain name point of contact
4. Domain name hosting
This domain name agreement ends three years from the purchase date. The recreation department may assume these responsibilities at anytime, at their own expense, prior to the end of the three-year period.

All content included on this site, including graphics, text,
images, logos, button icons, images, audio and video clips and
software, as well as the compilation of the content, is the
property of myrecdept.com and/or its licensors and is
protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Any
unauthorized use of these materials may violate copyright,
trademark or other laws.
TRADEMARKS
MYRECDEPT, MYRECDEPT.COM, MYRECDEPARTMENT, MYRECDEPARTMENT.COM
and MYRECDEPT logos and graphics are all trademarks of
myrecdept.com. Our trademarks may not be used (a) to identify
products or services that are not myrecdept.com’s, (b) in
any manner likely to cause confusion, (c) in or as a part of
your own trademarks, (d) in a manner that implies that
myrecdept.com sponsors or endorses your products or services
or (e) in any manner that disparages or discredits
myrecdept.com.
LINKS AND USE OF MYRECDEPT MATERIALS
To Other Sites: This site at times may contain links to web
sites operated by third parties. Myrecdept.com provides these
links for your convenience only. We do not control such web
sites and are not responsible for their contents.
Myrecdept.com's inclusion of links to such web sites does not

enjoyment of the Communication Tools or the site or another

myrecdept.com reasonably believes could subject it to criminal
